WHEN DO GATES OPEN?

Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. EST on August 10, 2023.  Gates will be closed at midnight each night and re-opened at 8:00am the following day.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO ARRIVE ON THURSDAY?

YES.  There will be a $20 Early Bird fee for Thursday arrival.

DO I NEED TO PRESENT A PRINT OUT OF MY TICKET WHEN I ARRIVE?

NO.  All tickets are will-call only.  Your ticket will be available at the gate under the name of the purchaser.

IS THERE CELL PHONE COVERAGE AT THE VENUE? 

YES.  There is a tower on the neighboring property, cell service/data is PERFECT!

IF I DIDN'T BUY A PRE-SALE TICKET, CAN I STILL SHOW UP AND PAY AT THE GATE?

YES.  We accept cash, credit, and debit cards at the gate. 

​

CAN I CAMP IN MY CAR? 

We do have a "camp by car" area at Willy Town.  Limited "camp by car" spaces are available for a $40 at the gate upgrade. These are "first come, first serve".

CAN I SET UP IN THE ART GALLERY?

Artist passes are limited and must be applied for.  Contact information will be posted in the future.

CAN I SELL FOOD OR MERCHANDISE? 

Vending without purchasing a vending pass is strictly prohibited.  Vending passes are limited and can be applied for by visiting our #vending page.  Walking vendor passes will also be available for purchase at the gate only.

DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?

YES.  Any items that are turned in to our staff will be put in a lost & found box at the front gate.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER?

If you would like to volunteer at Willy Town, please fill out the form on our #volunteer page and someone will contact you with more information.

IF I VOLUNTEER DO I STILL NEED TO BUY A TICKET?

YES, you must buy a GA ticket, however, you will be issued a refund once we confirm that you have worked your volunteer shift.

CAN I BRING AN RV?

YES.  RV spots are limited and are available for an additional fee.  Electric and water options are available.

DO I HAVE TO BUY TICKETS FOR MY KIDS?

Kids 12 & under are free!  We will have many activities for the children and encourage you to bring the whole family!

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

YES.  This is a BYOB event, however we do have a NO GLASS rule!

CAN I HAVE A CAMPFIRE?

Campfires must be contained in a fire ring. 

​

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET? 

NO.  Willy Town tickets are non-refundable.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

YES.

​

CAN I SPIN FIRE? 

No unauthorized fire spinning!  We have a team in charge of fire spinning and you will have to get permission from them in order to spin. 

​

WHAT IS YOUR TAPER POLICY?

We allow tapers, however, every band has their own taper policy so we recommend that you get approval from the artist you plan on taping

​

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Pet passes are available at the gate for $20. Pets must remain leashed and cleaned up after.

RULES

• NO BAD ATTITUDES, NO CAUSING TROUBLE!  ZERO TOLERANCE

• No Glass

• No Fighting

• No Weapons of any kind

• No ATV’s, Golf Carts or Motorized Vehicles of any kind.

• No Laser Pointers, Sky Lanterns, Nitrous, Fireworks

• No Loud Amplified Music (from cars or otherwise)

• No Illegal Drugs or Underage Drinking

• Pick up your trash, and any trash you see. Please respect the environment and help us to keep our venue beautiful!

• Park only in designated areas.

• No camping in areas that are not designated or for which you do not have a pass.
